Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 35
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No campsites that are gravel or dirt. Only concrete pads are acceptable. Must submit campsite prior to approval.
- At no time can the RV used as a “party bus”.
- Only campsites that are 50 AMP Hookup
- Only allowed at campsites that have full water and sewer hookup. Renter just submit campsite prior to owner approving rental.
- If the RV is retuned with any kind of smells, any kinds, full deposit will NOT be refunded.
Absolutely NO smoking. If any signs of smoking in the RV, the deposit will be forfitted.
No climbing on Roof at all.
Any item that is included in the rental if it comes back broken it will be deducted from the Rental.
