- Absolutely no smoking in the unit. any detection of smoke will require a 250.00 cleaning fee.
- Pet Friendly.
- Not available for concerts or large scale music festivals.
- If towing, tow vehicle and driver must be present at time of pick up or residential delivery. Towing test drive required.
- For delivery rentals of 7 nights or more, delivery is 50% off and use of a gas grill is complimentary (when available).
We welcome "boon-dock" camping. If a generator is desired for your rental we will provide one for you. The rental rate on the generator is 50.00 the first night (includes a full tank of gas plus 5 additional gallons), 40.00 second night and 20.00 each additional night. NON ETHANO...
