Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 28
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No Smoking - Smoking inside the RV is not permitted. Any indication of smoking will result in a charge of 250.00 which will be withheld from the security deposit.
- For Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor day Weekends a minimum of three rental nights is required.
- Festivals and concert rentals will be considered. Additional information may be requested at the time of booking.
- At the time of turning the RV over to the renter The lead renter must be present, provide a photo Gov't ID and sign a copy of the Supplemental Renters Agreement.
- For delivery rentals of 7 nights or more, delivery is 50% off and use of a gas grill is complimentary (when available).
Generator - we welcome boon-dock/dry camping. Portable generator power is available at 50.00 ea. for the first two nights and 40.00 for the each night after. Rental includes a full tank and 5 additional gal of fuel. ONLY NON-ETHANOL GASOLINE PERMITTED. If requested the generator ...
